06 Grey Wolf 28A slide off track

Put the slide out after parking at our site, two big screws were laying on the ground, didn't think to much about it.

When we were getting ready to leave, the wife pushed the slide in button.... popping noises followed by one side going in. I gave it a nudge and it was wobbly, almost like it was off its track.

After a repeated in and out, with more popping sounds, i finally assisted the one side in. i don't want to keep messing with it because i don't want anything else to break.

By the way, the side that wasn't going in was the same side we found screws on the ground.

any help would be appreciated.
