1 side of slide will not move

I've got a Flag Staff 27 foot travel trailer. 2015 year model. This slide has couch and fridg and stove. The left side motor starts slide mechanism but the right side does nothing. I've tried to push on the slide but that doesn't work. There are 2 other slides that work fine.

If you are talking about the large room slide with under floor rails it may be that you have broken a shear pin on the drive to the non-motor side. You may have to push the button for extend while someone else pushes on the right side to get it out far enough to check the shear pin. If you are talking about the LCI Schwintek then it may be a loose connection to the motor on the side not working or a bad motor.

If there is a loose connection at the motor, where do I find the motor and/or the connection?
