2004 rockwood 2605 slide

Hi. I'm new to the forum and just ran into an issue with our slide. After camping for 3 days this weekend we were unable to retract our sofa slide. The switch did nothing. A friend at the campsite was able to tell us that it's a rack and pinion type and we were able to access the brake within the motor housing and released it to retract manually. This was a huge pain... Surely there must be another way? Is there a fuse for this? A reset switch somewhere? Where might that be located? I've looked in the main panel and don't see any blown fuses. We crawled around under the trailer as well. Everything is sealed up tight and I don't see an access point to manually crank it either. I'm at a complete loss here and really hoping you can offer some suggestions.

My 2007 Rockwood Roo had a 30 amp fuse specifically for the slideout. It was located underneath, along the frame and adjacent to the slideout.

Thanks. We've looked all along the frame from the battery backwards. We did find a Junction box but can't find a fuse anywhere! I'm beyond frustrated.
