Hello...looking for help! I purchased this travel trailer one week ago to this day. I have had the slides opened and closed during preview stage of sale and opened up after I moved it. I went today to detail and opened the rear slide where bunks are and everything went normal. I went to open the front big slide where dining and living room are and when I pushed the button to open the slide maybe moved an inch and then stopped. If I continue to push the button it makes the normal sound but the slide does not move. If it did move an inch I can not get it to move back in. Struggling here...all of this is new. Any suggestions on what I need to do. It's almost like it is stuck at the top.
