2010 Grey Wolf 29BH slide motor help

Just purchased a 2010 grey wolf 29BH camper. The slide currently needs manually operated, which is not a huge deal but would like it to work. I’ve confirmed 12V at the plug and determined the motor is the issue. I connected it directly to the 12V through the plugs to see if it would run and it wouldn’t. Also, if I have the motor plugged into the controller I can’t manually operate it. I have to unplug the motor to manually operate. Can anyone help me identify which motor would be a replacement? I tried to attach a picture of what it looks like. Any other help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I don't see any markings on the motor have you taken a mechanics mirror and looked at the part of the motor closer to the floor of the slide for any numbers?

You might find an automotive electrical shop in your area that will rebuild/ repair it for you.
The leveller motor quit on my Wildcat 28RKS and I took it to a local electrical rebuild shop and had it repaired for less than half the price of a replacement.
Just a thought.
