2012 Georgetown 351DS rear slide comes in very slow
Non-tech person here. My rear slide on the 351DS comes in very slow, almost bogged down. If I go outside and push on it, it comes in. I emailed FR and they said it may be the batteries, I replaced the battery and it keeps on doing it. My slide is the cable version, not track. Had a similar issue a couple years ago with the front slide and the repair place said it was simple as the cable came off. The FR rep in email said he doubted that was the case. I just want my slide to be able to operate right. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
