2013 Sunseeker slideout wiper folding in

I've got a 2013 Forest River Sunseeker 3010DSF that I just bought that has an issue with one of the slide out wiper seal blades I guess it is. Whenever the slide out is in the out position the wiper seems to stay folded in instead of folding out and its not along the whole length of the wiper just certain areas of it. Is there an easy fix for this or should I just add it to my warranty list and just let the dealer fix it? Is this a common problem? I know its not the main water seal but I think it would help keep water out of that area if its folded out like it should be? Also discovered that the drivers side speaker in the door panel doesn't work. Found a couple of wires down in the emergency brake peddle area not hooked up but I think I'll let the dealer sort that out.

Appreciate any advise.

Mine did that once. It's a very soft rubber seal. I just flipped it with a stick. Hasn't happened since. Try moving the slide in and back out. It should fix itself.

I had the same problem, lubed it up, opened and closed it and it was fine. My dealer said they would replace it if it did not fall into place.

Dave: You can buy gasket silicone spray at an RV dealer, but I bought it at walmart. I think it was in the camping section.

I bought the silicone lube spray from walmart in auto section where wd40 is sold. Less than 3 bucks. Haven't tried it yet but if it's good and slippery and doesn't leave a greasy mess then it's got to help.
