2014 Georgetown XL Living Room/Kitchen Slideout

I had a water leak in this slide-out so I took it to the dealer who resealed the slide. Everything has worked fine for a couple of trips but recently while trying to retract this slide the upper right side is pressing against the seal/frame and then snapping very loudly when it tries to retract. it will retract but not without severe binding on that upper right corner. Can anyone tell me how to adjust this slide. We always retract the slides while the RV is leveled on the jacks. Is that a problem?

Try this Youtube video on adjusting cable slides. All cable slides are pretty much the same. I reviewed this video and went through the adjustments. Had to repair a broken cable bolt first. Works fine. now
