2016 forester 2401ws slide out broke?

We were having a difficult time getting our slide out to go out. It did go without issue the 3rd try but due to the full wall slide weight we have to check leveling after it is out. We needed to bring it in and in the process this fell out on the outside. I was inside and hubby out and he says he was watching the slide out and after it was in he noticed this on the ground. We are camping and won't attempt another in and out but just to verify, this is the roller for the slide out, correct? And now it needs to go in for servicing, correct?

I want to scream because this rig has had one issue after the other!

Anyway it is a metal bracket holding a plastic nylon roller about 5" long with four holes for screws but two screws stayed in the bracket and one is horribly bent
