2017 Salem CKDS Slide Issue

Was prepping for a trip later this month. Have 2 slides, main and back bunkroom. The main slide started to go out then stopped. No sound when attempting other than clicking sound from the electronics board, however that sound is common when using other components. Rear slide worked fine as well as stabilizers. Read thru the Lippert Components manual for troubleshooting, all good. Next step is taking to dealer, may be motor. Open to other tips/checks. thanks

With the power removed have you tried to hand crank it closed or just checked for movement it may be binding.

Yes, I was able to manually open and close it. Not fun doing it that way for sure.
