2018 Berkshire 37A Kitchen Slide

We've had coach for one year, the large kitchen slide started not to close or open "evenly" one side sticks our 2-3" once closed. It's like the (4) hydraulic rams are not synchronized together.

If I hold the close button it will eventually shut but then opens up by itself after a few hours.

I had this problem with a previous coach and took forever for dealership to trouble shoot. They would call and say it's fixed but would find out it wasn't.
