2018 XL 369DS Front Slide won’t extend

2018 Georgetown XL 369DS - BAL Accu-slide (Electric)

I recently came back from a camping trip and when i parked and tried to extend my slides out to clean, the front slide will not extend, the rear (Bedroom slide) works fine. I checked the two relays in the panel in the bedroom (swapped them) and the rear still works, but the front - no change. Slide the drivers seat forward, checked the two breakers in the battery compartment others have mentioned & neither were tripped.

When you push the slide switch i almost sound as i you can hear a clunk like the circuit is closing but nothing happens (above the slide where i believe the motor is located) - but the lights don’t dim (if the shore power/gen is off - batts only) etc. The bedroom slide works fine, everything else electrical appears to be working as it should.

Any suggestions, other circuit breaker locations - any help would be appreciated before i have to drive it a 100 miles to the closest dealer for a “diagnostic”.
