2019 Heritage Glen 272RL Slide Leak

Hello,

My living room (non kitchen side) slide is leaking from the top seal. Seams like the hole for my slide was cut to big or the top seal was not placed correctly. As a result, the seal does not run parallel to the top of the slide out. On one side it has contact. About half the distance from the slide out the seal starts to make less contact with the slide. By the time you get to the other side there is about a 1/2 in gap between the bottom of the seal and the top of the slide out. It looks as if my seal is double sealed on EACH side of the slide out. Each being the outside and inside of the slide. I have no idea how to remove the seal.

So first question is how do I remove it. I found this website but not sure what seal I have. https://rv.steelerubber.com/slide-outs

I've thought about cutting the tabs off of existing seal that hold the "D" shaped seal in place. Then buying https://rv.steelerubber.com/wiper-seal-70-3899-265 this and placing it on top of the modified track i just cut. Then buying https://rv.steelerubber.com/track-channel-70-4120-265 and screwing and sealing it all in place. I think this may be the seal I have now https://rv.steelerubber.com/wiper-seal-70-3835-265 but even if I get it off there is going to be a gap. Ideas or suggestions? Thank you
