2021 alpha Wolfe slide won’t go out

So very new to everything. Let a friend borrow our trailer and the slide quit working on their return trip. Battery is showing good voltage and connected to shore power.

When I push the slide button I hear a click at the fuse panel but no noise from the motor for the slide. Checked the fuse and it’s fine.

Where else should I be looking?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. When you say fuse did you check the inline fuse normally along the frame close to the batteries and reset it? Just something to check.

I checked around the battery and where I found a junction box but the only fuse I found was on the ground wire and it looked fine. If there is an in-line fuse I couldn’t see anything

There would not be a fuse on a ground wire as the fuse is to protect things on current carrying conductors. That fuse up front should be on your positive wire. Unless I’m missing something…
