2021 salem 22rbs slide not extending

So my rack and pinion slide will not open. The rv is plugged in and has power. When the button is depressed all I hear is clicking from the slide mechanism. I have tried multiple times over several days. The camper is level and jacks are down. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. First check and ensure your batteries are at 100% not with the idiot lights but with a meter and the batteries disconnect from the rig. If they are check along the cable leading from the batteries to the slide and look for a re-settable fuse/breaker small rectangle box with a button. Most problem with slides are the batteries even tho you are plugged in. let the forum know what you find. JMHO
