25 RLS Schwintek slide drag

Hello,
I have a 2020 Puma 25RLS with a 8.5 foot long dinette slide that has wood trim on sides of slide at floor dragging linoleum on 3rd trip out. (Schwintek rack system). There is obviously a high bump in the floor centered over the axles midway in the slide. The 1 x 4 end trim pieces are closer to the floor and scraping linoleum badly (LH piece is trying to tear off on extension) but the long middle front section touches only in highest crown in middle of floor. Do i need that trim for support or is it just a cable/trash sweep? I can see the 3 plastic rollers under the box are still in place. This is when i have it leveled up with stabilizers out. No extra weight in seating storage or added to rear bumper. I have about 400 miles on this in about 2.5 months-can i assume its falling apart already and needs something? I have not contacted distant dealer yet. Thanks for the advice!

Contact FR for local dealers willing to do the warranty work. Or contact independent RV shops or mobile RV techs but you have to get pre-approval from FR and be willing be willing to be reimbursed.

Yeah, have it checked while under warrantly. You may want to look closely and see if anything has gotten under the box, like a flip-flop shoe or the like and causing a problem.
