27BHSS Slide out question

Hello everyone.

Having a great time with the family and my 27BHSS in Canada. However, having a slight problem with my slide-out. When I hit the switch to send the slide outwards, everything works fine. When I hit the switch to bring the slide in, nothing happens. No sound at the switch or motor.

I've tried under battery and electric power. Seem to have power at the motor as it puts the slide out just fine. Checked all fuses under the fridge and found nothing tripped or blown.

Any ideas?? Appreciate any help as my arms are sure getting tired of hand-cranking this thing.

Sounds like a loose wire or a bad connection at the rear of the switch or the motor. Sometimes, a little bit of rusty contacts or a wire vibrated loose can be the culprit. Check the easy stuff first! Good Luck, Randy

Had the same issue with my 831QBSS. There is a fuse under the trailer, its on the drivers side at the front under the A frame. It is in a green fuse protector. You cant miss it once you climb under there. Hope this helps.
