Adding laminate flooring to slide

My previous camper had a raised slide and I ripped the hideous carpet out from under the dinette and replaced it with the lick and stick Luxury vinyl flooring. It was easy since the slide was raised. BUT NOW... The slide sits about a 1/2" or 3/4" flush with the floor.

Anyone do the change to the laminate wood flooring or vinyl and how did you "end" it where it stops at the edge of the trailer's floor (The transition)?

Can you post a picture? There’s probably some easy and unobtrusive solutions.

It drops off in the wedge shape under the carpet. With the vinyl tile, Mayne it would bend over the wedge? It's probably about an inch tall prior to the wedge cut. Click image for larger version

Do you use Facebook? If so, I know I’ve seen ideas when I was members of the “Fulltime Families” and “RV Interior Ideas” groups. I don’t have anything saved, though.
