Bedroom slide adjustment

I recently bought a 2009 32 foot Sierra bunk house fifth wheel setup and I found a problem with the bedroom slide and the dealer I bought it from declined any help on fixing the slide. The bedroom slide I due believe is out of adjustment because the sides of the slide don't match up with the wall. I can put my hand threw the sides of the slide at the top. So to me it looks like the slide is being pulled upward causing the slide to go out of alignment and cause the gap at the top but I could be wrong. Also it does have slide toppers but don't know if that would cause any problems. Any help will be so helpfull. Thanks.

Well after moving the slide in an out a little bit I saw a lot of jumping and jerking in the movement of the slide along with some squealing when the slide started moving in so I think I'm gonna due some calling around to find a mobile repair place since I don't have a truck to move the trailer.
