Broken Schwintek Slide

My Schwintek slide seems to only work on one side (back of the RV). I had a RV tech look at it and he thinks it is a broken "sprag clutch". I tried to research what this is but I'm not finding much. I am going to try to look at it myself and find the control panel and check the slide motors, but the RV tech said he needs to take apart the slide a bit to evaluate the issue. Any thoughts? We have a 2018 Forest River Forester 2291s (24.5 foot class C). Thanks.

Look at the videos a Lippert University on how the Schwintek system works. The controller has lights that tell you a lot about its operation.

I agree with ng2951, look at the vids and find the controller and see what lights and errors are shown. That will tell you a lot about what's going on.
