Cracked and Broken Wear Bar

Hello!

I have a 2013 FR Wildcat 5th wheel with several flush floor slides. I have been adding skis to the slides to protect from water damage from exterior drip edge water infiltration into the floor (which has started in some places). When working yesterday, I found that the white UHMW wear bar under a rear slide is cracked in several places, and a 10 inch piece of the wear bar on one end is completely detached, and just floating around under the slide. In the extended position, I have extremely limited access to the wear bar to be able to countersink new fasteners to repair. Is it suggested to try to replace the entire wear bar? I cannot see how it would be possible to access the fasteners, even by lifting the slide as high as I am able to. I have attached a photo of the broken piece of wear bar, and also a look at the slides position relative to the the wear bar when extended.

Thanks for your suggestions!
