I have a 2012 Apex 189FBS with a slide out. The electrical control box goes to two motors. Where are they and is it possible to manually close slide out if there is an electrical problem?

"normally" there is a hole for your manual slide out rod to go into "normally" by your entry steps . if it the main room slide out .
