Electric jack stopped working

Hi. I have a Rockwood Mini-Lite 2504S, 2016 model which I purchased new this past April. The electric jack stopped working on our last trip. Was wondering if anyone has run into this and has any trouble-shooting tips. I have checked the fuses inside the trailer under the fridge and they are all fine. I have also checked the two fuses connected to the battery cable and they are also both fine. Not sure where else to check. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

The + connection is via a wire to the battery. The - connection is via the mounting bolts of the jack to the tongue of the trailer. When I installed mine there was a star washer that was placed between the jack mounting plate and the chassis of the trailer. There is a possibility that the connection on your jack has corroded or rusted. Check it out by blocking up the tongue and removing the 3 bolts that hold the hitch on. You might want to use a wire brush to to burnish the area. Just a thought....
