Exterior Slide Trim Buckled

Hi folks,

New (last week!) owner of a used 2017 bunkhouse FR3 - we're planning to go visit my father in law in Colorado next week since flying with my crew is expensive / COVID avoidance.

I noticed this gap between the frame that holds the slideout weatherstripping and the fiberglass side, on the driver's side slideout. It's about a quarter inch on the back side of the slide, and a much smaller gap on the front side of the slide.

Has anyone seen this before? Ideas on what the underlying cause could be? Bad installation? If the gap was smaller I'd just caulk it with some silicone. Ideas on how I could seal up the larger gap?

Thanks in advance!

Image for some reason is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise; gap is at the bottom of the slide.

Update: slide was out of alignment. Shop is "hyper extending" the slide and reinstalling these seals/trim.
