forest river slide out

hello how do i find out what type of slideout is on my rv? the chain has broke and i need to order-parts to fix it It is a 2012 Forest River Steath fifth wheel toy hauler The link on the chain rusted and broke I was curious if i could just buy a master link and fix it with that The motor still works and the link that is broken is close to the end of the chain so i don't believe it would have to go around the sprocket when being used I am totally confused please help thank you

Since you don't post a picture of slide and you say it has a chain, then this might be it:

You can use a master link to put it back together. I'm don't remember if it's a #35 or a #40 chain, but you can measure the pitch and tell. #35 is 3/8" and #40 is 1/2".
