FR Slideout Motor bad. How to order replacement?

How can I order a replacement slideout motor for a 2006 8318SS? It is the bedroom slide motor. An RV tech said it is definately a bad motor.

All I can find on the motor is Ser. No. VRA-015423, 18 to 1 ration, 30 Amp, 110 Volt

Don't know why they don't sell the motor separately, they're easy enough to change. Make sure it is the motor that's bad, that venture 18:1 model has a plastic gear inside the gearbox that strips out and can be replaced seperately.
