FR3 Bedroom Slide

The electric/cable slide on my 2014 FR3 will not go in or out without having to be pushed by hand. The cables all seem intact. It goes about 6 inches and then stops and the motor keeps running but sounds like it's missing on the cog of a sprocket. I took the panel off and the chains are all on the sprockets both in and out. Anyone have any ideas? Could it be the teeth in the motor gear box? Thanks!
