Front slide out not working. Seems stuck.

Hi everyone,
Bought my first 5th wheel last fall and only used it a couple times before winter. It is a 2017 Forest River Wildcat 29RKP. It is the first camper I have had with slide outs. Everything worked when I used it last fall and then winterized it.

Now when I went out to where it was stored, I did not have a battery with me, so hooked up my jumper cables from the truck to the camper cables. The main large slide in the living room area worked just fine. But the small front slide in the bedroom starts to slide out a couple inches on the front (right side as I face it inside), but the left side doesn't move and then it just stops. Almost seems like something might be stuck on the left side but I don't see anything obvious and don't really know what to check.

Any ideas?

Do you know what make slide that one is?

Does it have the racks on the sides of it or are they under the bottom?
If they're on the side, it's a Schwintek and it could be a bad motor or a motor out of sync.
If they're under the bottom, it could be a pin or bolt sheared off in the gear train on the side that's not going out.

I'm away from the camper now, but if I google Forest River 29rkp and look at pics online it looks like the front slide has rails on the side of it.
