Unhappy Frustrated over Windjammer slide

frustrated over slide
We are having trouble with the bedroom slide on the Rockwood Windjammer 3001. The bedroom slide bell housing jams up not allowing us to slide out the bedroom slide. We had it in for a repair and 1st time out it did not not work again. My brother in law had to get under the slide and do something to the bell housing to get it to slide. My husband said once he gets home he will fix it so it will slide.
When we purchased the travel trailer it was stated that they did not like how it slid in. Now they even say that it is a strange slide in system.
Does anyone else have this problem?

If you purchased the trailer used - the warranty is non transferable so if there is a problem - good luck on getting it fixed for free.

I have heard of some of the windjammer's having cracks in the side wall - not sure if it applies to your model though

what year is your windjammer?

fixed ourselves

We did try to get it fixed at our dealer. Even though it was our of warranty they covered it, but the problem persisted. My husband who is a machinist fixed it himself.
