Geo Pro G19fbs Slide Out

Recently experienced a malfunctioning slide out. Have made a service appointment, but wanted to get some feedback from all the great folks on here. The main thing I'm curious about (first timer owner here) is whether this model has the ability to manually "override" and operate the slide out? This is especially important to know if it ever gets stuck in the open position (fortunately mine failed closed).

Secondarily, I'd be interested in some troubleshooting help ya'll might offer. All other power is operating correctly. Cabin lights, awning are fine. Battery is fully charged and also tried while connected to tow vehicle via 7way. Checked all fuses, which I expected would check out.

We had just returned from a weekend of camping and opened and closed it fine upon return, but 2 days later tried opening the slide and it makes a noise like it wants to engage and move and then nada.

Any ideas are appreciated.

FR has videos on their web site on how to operate slide in the manual mode you might check there. I would make sure the battery is at 100% the light inside show what the converter is doing when plugged in. Unplug and test the battery itself with a meter.

When the slideout is in, look on the wall underneath it for the controller. I don't understand why they put it there....
