I have the same unit as you and find that the slide works much better on the initial rise if you give the ramp area a shot of silicone spray occasionally. You can get to this from the underside of the slide outside, or by lifting the carpet flap inside. I also make sure I am plugged into shore power or have the generator running when I am operating the slide. If you do a search on the Georgetown forum, you will see more posts on this issue. Mine seems to work fine.
