Georgetown 31L5 bedroom slide

We had the slide out, coach was leveled before we put it out We tried to bring the slide in and it came in maybe 80% of the way and appeared to be catching on the valance over the rear window. We removed the valance, and took the bedding off the bed to make sure the bottom of the bed would slide under the cabinets. None of this helps. We tried putting the jacks up and then trying, but no change. We leveled the coach again and still no luck.

The slide comes in about 80%, then one side stops while the other side is still trying to come in. We can put the slide out with no problem. I believe it is a Lippert system. It has a toothed belt on each side of the slide.

We have had the coach home 2 days (brand new) and we left a message with the dealer that we need someone to come out and repair it. Obviously we can't drive it with the slide part way out.

If anyone has some simple things I might try in the meantime, please feel free to respond.
