Hello ghost in 2008 Georgetown 37

Came home Friday passenger slide was out about 6 inches, unit is plugged into power and winterized. Unit was locked no one in or around any ideas? Used switch and retracted slide not a clue! Power surge? Power loss?

Thanks Tim

Assuming you have hydraulic slides/levelers here are some possible reasons from a Lippert document for the drift out:

IN THE CLOSED POSITION, ROOM DRIFTS OUT
1. Leaking cylinder seal
2. Fluid bypassing cylinder piston
3. Hose from pump is leaking Tighten fitting or replace hose
4. Air in system After checking all connections, cycle pump
several times in and out
5. Loose mounting bolts Tighten mounting bolts

They are hydraulic, but can't understand why it sat for three months and decided to open up 6 inches on its own!

I have, on occasion, found my GT 378 bedroom slide extended a couple inches after being stored for sometime. It has not created an issue when on the camping trail. Doesn't always happen just occasionally while stored. I don't consider it an issue with my system.
