On the outside side of the slide, is the track solidly screwed to the side of the slide and metal with U-looking thingies? If so, it's a Schwintek.
If it's a plastic-looking rail with pronounced vertical gear teeth on the outside edge and floats rather than being solidly screwed down on its entire length, you have a Power Gear SlimRack.
If it's a SlimRack, once it stops on the way out, release the button and press it again. If it goes all the way out, repeat that process and hold the button down until the noise stops and you hear a click from the motors. Then do that one more time. You will not force the slide through the wall.
When retracting, do the same "hold until it stops making noise and clicks". That may take five seconds.
That process resets the slide stops.
Give it a few minutes to cool the motors and see if it goes all the way out and all the way in. Always hold the button until the slide stops, not when you think it's out or in.
