You are not giving much information to go on. Does the hydraulic pump run when you hit the switch, are you setting the parking brake, have you checked the fluid level, are you plugged into shore power, have you checked the fuse panel. Let the forum know what steps you have taken so far.

Yes to all except checked fluid level. It's on the jacks and they won't retract either. Just looking to see where to check the fluid level. I don't see a window or fluid indicator

The fluid looks to be down about an inch. Would that cause these issues?

The fluid reservoir is on the end of the pump. The fluid level should be about an inch below top when the jacks and slides are all up/in. You should check the switchblade circuit breaker shown here in the upper left that the switchblade has not tripped. If tripped (exposed) reset by rotating it back underneath its cover.

There is a line on the tank.looks like just below the fill hole. About one quarter from the very top of the tank. The fliud is about an inch below that line. (.approximately one half empty to very top.) Slides are out and it's up on the jacks. Nothing works. Can't put the slides in and the jacks won't work.

Fluid seems fine. Sounds like a 12v power problem. Check all fuses. Also the auto crossover switch between battery and shore power. Can't remember what it's called for MH.

Georgetown slides come directly off batteries. No kind of crossover in the loop.

When I try to move the slides...push the switch, there is a soft hum so it seems there is power

Then it sounds as though the batteries are low. Will the jacks retract with the engine running? The slides will not operate with the engine running. If you could connect to shore power with the engine off the converter may provide enough power to operate the slides. One other way to check for low coach batteries is, with engine off, hit the emergency start switch and have someone try the slides.

Being as though the pump is humming it is getting power and if enough power it's looking more like the pump is the issue. You might try pushing the test button on the switchblade circuit breakers to open them and then reset. What model Georgetown is yours?

Thankyou all for your help. I ended up calling a technican. The celidoid was not getting power. Loose wires and reset the breaker. Fuse also needed replacing after trying so many times. 1.5 hours. Fixed now
