Post Insulating Slide

We recently bought a 2016 Forest River Forester 2251S LE. When the slide is out it gets cold when the temperature drops. What can be done to insulate the area? Any techniques used. Thanks Joe

Make sure seals aren't allowing drafts from outside.

Cover windows with heavy drape/curtains. Even consider covering entire exposed wall area with thermal curtains on rods that runs the full length of each side. My slide is a dinette and I could cover the area above the seat backs easily. Just slide the curtains back from the window when you want to look out.

There are also Thermal Blinds that can be used over the windows which offer little or nothing for R-Value.

Just some thoughts.
