Interior Slideout Issue

I have a 2017 Rockwood 5th wheel model 8298WS and I have an issue with one of the livingroom slideouts. On one side under the carpet there is about a 4" plastic piece that is screwed down to the floor and it acts as a ramp and actually lifts the slideout up and over the floor until it is fully brought in over the floor. Apparently one of the screws must have vibrated loose and the slide caught the screw and broke the end of the plastic piece and tore the vinyl flooring. I am trying to locate a replacement plastic piece but I'm not sure what it is called and I haven't been able to locate one. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, I am going to have to replace a section of the vinyl flooring, which is a wood floor pattern that I would like to match if possible. Looking for information on where I might be able to find these items.

I have a very similar problem on an 18 Vibe. The ramp piece on mine resembles a nylon white cutting board. I have not had much time to fool with mine but will be doing so next week. Measure the height of the piece in your pic. I briefly looked at McMaster Carr's website under plastics and found a half round composite that may work. I will also be looking at using a thick cutting board for mine. I will check back as soon as I can work on mine.
