intermediate slide operation

We have 2016 Cherokee 304B travel trailer. It has two slides (living room and kitchen) operating together. The slide out switch (Rocker) is on the same switch as the electric awning. The awning and the slide retract work fine. The slide extend only works some times. All the wire seem to be attached to switch. I have read in the forums about soldroids and mother boards. My question is where are these soldroids and boards. Can any supply a pic of these so I know what I am looking for?

I'm just a little confused here. Are you saying that your awning only extends when the slide is extended? and are your slides hydraulic or electric?

What IAM trying to say is that the slide retracts fine. When I try to put the slide back out I have to play with the switch to get it to work. I did locate the soldroid and all connection are tight. I have 13+ volts at the battery and have power at the switch.

I would suspect the switch is getting worn.

Thanks, that is what I am beginning to think. Trying to get Forest River to tell me a part# so I can replace it. Lippert says it is not theirs. Thanks again for the reply.
