Is this right??

Just bought a new to us 2015 2608WS and we have noticed that when the slide is in. Front edge is flush with side of trailer, back edge sticks out about an inch. No leaking noticed and the top edge is flush with the top of the trailer wall. I can feel a round seal in the gap.

Photos. Not sure why they came out upside down.

The large living room/kitchen slide out is probably a Lippert Through-Frame Electric Slide Out with the rack and pinion gears.

The wardrobe slide out in the bedroom is probably a Schwintek.

This is the main slide with the sofa and dinette.

I will take a hard look at the manual that you have provided. Thank you.

Go to 8:09 in this video to see the toothed rail of that slide out system. Its the same as my 2011 Rockwood and the one in the manual I posted.

My 2016 2608WS is flush on both ends..no gap. It may need adjusting.

deewhite0612, here is a video that may show how to do the adjustment that you need to do.

Nope, not right. The slide should be tight on both sides when retracted to compress the bulb seals to prevent water infiltration.
The slide needs adjusted.

Go online for your slide maker, they all provide a method for vertical/horizontal alignment. Usually a pretty simple routine adjustment.
