Jacks won't retract and front slide won't move

We have a 2004 Georgetown XL 346. Last night we were trying to level our coach, didn't like the way it was sitting so tried to retract and start over. Wouldn't retract. When we pushed "retract all" it would make the beeping sound but not raise the jacks. Push the "emergency retract" and silence, nothing happens. Tried each jack individually and nothing. Front slide moved out about an inch then stopped. However the rear slide works just fine. Husband checked all of the fuses and their fine. Hydraulic fluid is full. Now what?
Forgot to add this is a Dewald system.

Is the pump running when trying to operate the system?
Are there any lights flashing on the touchpad?

I don't know your system but it sounds like low battery power to me make sure all the battered are actually up to charge remember the panel lights when plugged in show what the converter is doing not actual battery state. on the same rig the slides can be controlled or operated by different systems.

We got it. Turns out there was yet another breaker switch under the steps with the batteries that we didn't know about for the jacks and the front slide. We had lights on the module and the beep so assumed we had power. Apparently that part is run by yet another system. And have to assume that the bedroom slide is on the rear circuit. At least if we have slide and jack power but no lights or beeps, we can assume that is on the dashboard fuses.

Is this like your breaker switch. Is it possible the bedroom slide is electric and not hydraulic?
