Leaking Kitchen Slide on a Rockwood 2304DS

Having an issue with the kitchen slide on our 2017 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2304DS. We noted a delamination issue on the exterior of the slide by the refrigerator about a year ago. The dealership fixed that issue but just this past week when we were using the RV we noted a puddle of water inside under the slide after a really heavy rain storm. We pulled the drawer under the refrigerator and opposite the oven and noted water stains on the inside of the cabinet. In addition, the wood exterior trim by the oven is coming unglued and one piece is water logged. We've been trying to find where the water is coming from but the only area we can find that may be the issue are the refrigerator vents on the outside of the kitchen slide. Has anyone else had similar problem and if so how did you fix the issue?
