Leaking slide.

So ordered and waited 4 months for our 33KRETS last year. We got a new year run so 2018. Around May I noticed a water line on the wall by the slide. Long story short had some family issues so kind of forgot about it until one day I stepped in water. Our bedroom slide is leaking and has ruined the wall, floor, slide frame, from pass through has water marks and also storage bin in the slide on the bedroom slide. So have spoken to Surveyor and they are being really great and pulling the unit into the dealer and from there prob factory.

So so long but needed to know details. So my questions; will unit delaminate because of the water, can the factory really fix this right, will I have mold, how will I know how bad it is once it goes to the factory and how much damage is to much and they scrap the title. Thank you. Click image for larger version
