Legacy 340KP slides moves a little the stops

I have a 2016 legacy 340KP the slides move a little then stop. If I wait a few minutes and try again they move a little and stop. The batteries are new and are fully charged and the motorhome is leveled.
This is a issues that seems to come and go. Sometimes they work great then some times they creep in and out?

Are you plugged into shore power or have your generation in operations as recommended by the Mfg? I would also check all connections at the batteries for tightness.
