Lippert slide motors out of sync

I have a 2018 Forest River Forester 3051S with a full length slide controlled with a Lippert controller 366701. The motors are way out of sync. When I extend the slide, the rear motor starts and runs almost to all the way out before the front motor starts. Then I have to hit the button multiple times to get the front of the slide out. I have a OneControl touch screen to move the slide. When I bring the slide in, the opposite occurs when the front motor starts and runs almost the entire distance closed then I have to hit it multiple times for the rear to move in. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a way to get the motors to start and run in sync?

Sounds like you have a Slim Rack system.

Does the controller have any error lights blinking?

When you press the button it should take a second or two for the motors to start, but they should both start and run at the same time and the same speed.

There are a couple of manuals you may be interested in if you don't have them.
The Slim Rack Owners Manual and the Slim Rack OEM Installation Manual.

My slide has gotten out of sink a few times, but only by 4 or 5 inches. the way I have gotten it back in sink is slide it all the way out then bring it in, just as it starts to move in push it back out back out right away, do that six or seven times without pausing in between. watch for them to start moving at the same time and hopefully it will re-sink. The manual says to bring it in three to four inches but when I tried that it didn't work. It took me several tries to sink it both times, good luck, it can be very frustrating.

It worked!! Many thanks, we've been dealing with this for a while. Camping world couldn't help, Lippert support didn't help. I take it you have the same controller and the Slim Rack system?

Is the Slim Rack the same as the Schwintek slides? Man I hate them. Two RVs back we had a brand new Super C with a full-wall slide, and it messed up all the time. Now our trailer has them on one side, and I can't help but think it's going to break every time I use it.

Here's the Lippert solution. I do this every time I use it, just hold the button in for a few seconds to resync each time you use it.

I have the slim rack system but i do not have the touch screen. I have a toggle switch for each slide. My bedroom slide has the slim rack and my kitchen has a floating rail. the slim rack seems to be the only one that gets out of sink, I have had to re sink it twice now.
