Location of shear pin

I thing that I may have a broken shear pin on the dining slide. Only the side near the back moves, front by the door does not. Where can I find the shear pin to check? The slide is out now and will not retract.

The shear pins are located in the coupling on the motor shaft.

Have you looked at the slide controller to see what lights are on?

Thanks for the reply. I found the shear pin, but that was not the issue. The gear had moved and was not meshing with the rail teeth,

Seems to be a recurring issue as of late.
This is the 3rd or 4th report of the exact same problem just in the last few weeks.

Seems to be a rash of that happening like 5P said. Don't know if it's a mfg./design problem or an installation problem.
