Low voltage causing slides and jacks to stop (freeze up)

Just bought used 2014 Georgetown 377 triple slide couple weeks back with no issues. !st actual camping trip...3 nights no issues...move to next campground...Jacks deploy but slides won't. I go to reset the set-up procedure and now jacks won't retract. I'm stuck for two days (1st day Good Sam sends out a tractor-trailer repair guy who knows nothing about RV's)...finally get a guy to ID's no power from house batteries to "control center" switches for slides.....but can't find where the breaker/fuse might have interrupted the direct power. LCI lets me know how to "emergency retract" the 4 I can "limp" back to home (Rochester NY to Albany)

Still can't open slides...need some idea help please!

I think I read somewhere on the forum that the resettable breaker and possibly fuses for the slides and landing gear are in the battery compartment above the batteries.
