Manual operation

Hi. I have a 2020 Vibe 31ml. On our unit the slide out motor is above the slides (& hard to get to). We bought the unit in October & it was pre-owned - but I don't think it was ever used. My question is how do u manual close the slides if u have a problem? We didn't get a tool & there is not the usual spot thru the frame to crank the motor manually. Thanks

If it's a Schwintek system, there is no manual crank. You have to disconnect both motors to push it closed.
