Manual override issues

I have a 2011 wildcat with the hydraulic auto level system and hydraulic slides. The switch to extend/retract the slides doesnít do anything so Iíve been trying to figure out how to do it manually. The owners manual just says to remove a sticker and use a drill with a 1/4Ē hex bit but nothing happens when I do that.

Can anyone offer any insight? I canít find any fuses around the pump or valves to see if theyíre bad either.
