Manual override issues

I have a 2011 wildcat with the hydraulic auto level system and hydraulic slides. The switch to extend/retract the slides doesn’t do anything so I’ve been trying to figure out how to do it manually. The owners manual just says to remove a sticker and use a drill with a 1/4” hex bit but nothing happens when I do that.

Can anyone offer any insight? I can’t find any fuses around the pump or valves to see if they’re bad either.
