What's a mattress slide? And what Sabre model number?

This is a 2019 Sabre36BHQ and the master bedroom bed sets crossways in the unit and has a slide that elevates the head of the bed pulling the foot closer to the head allowing the bedroom slide room to close. mine is dead, has power in and out of the switch on the wall.
